In a beige-pal house on Winchester Road, once the home of a lounge owner named Buster, is a business known as "Guitar Bob's.''
Guitar Bob's has about 500 matured and used guitars, some of them rare, such as the 1962 Fender Stratocaster that was once appraised at $12,500.
At the far end of the house is a room for the bass guitars, another for the acoustic guitars.
Electric guitars are in the midway of the house. About 500 amplifiers are among the items crammed in the basement.
Every now and then, a customer tells Bob Conner, the owner, that the guitars should have a more in good order display.
 "It doesn't make any difference,'' he says. "They end up where they end up.''
In the acoustic room, Conner surveys the inventory. There are guitars with six strings, others with 12, he says.
There are also banjolins, a mandolin that's made like a banjo, accepted at the turn of the 20th century.
"They played 'em on old steamboats,'' Conner says. "People just bring 'em
